摘　　要：在新时代教育环境下,高职体育师资队伍建设面临结构失衡、专业能力素养发展滞后、资源受限及评价体系传统化等挑战。该文探讨了师资培养的新理念、面临的挑战及应对策略,旨在驱动体育师资培养模式创新,强化双师型师资培养、专业能力素养提升、构建全面的师资评价体系,激励教师创新与发展,促进体育师资队伍的整体质量提升,为培养德艺双馨的体育师资奠定坚实基础。Under the educational environment of the new era,the construction of higher vocational physical education teachers is faced with such challenges as structural imbalance,backward development of professional competence,limited resources and traditional evaluation system.This paper discusses the new concept,challenges and countermeasures of teacher training,aiming to drive the innovation of PE teacher training mode,strengthen the training of double-qualified teachers,enhance professional competence and quality,build a comprehensive teacher evaluation system,encourage teacher innovation and development,promote the overall quality of PE teachers,and lay a solid foundation for the training of PE teachers.
