摘 要:传统高中体育教学以强度高、对抗性的田径、篮球等项目,导致学生参与度与教学效果较差。随着新课标及云南省高中体育学考的推进,基于尊重学生差异,以适应“必修必学”与“必修选学”的教学模式亟须改革。该研究以富宁县民族中学高一学生为研究对象进行为期20周、每周2次、每次40分钟的体育选项走班制教学实验。结果显示,通过试验,提升了学生身体素质、运动技能水平及体育学习兴趣,有效体现了因材施教的教学原则。Traditional high school physical education teaching relies on high-intensity and confrontational events such as track and field,basketball,etc.,resulting in poor student participation and teaching effectiveness.With the promotion of the new curriculum standards and the high school physical education examination in Yunnan Province,there is an urgent need to reform the teaching mode based on respecting students'differences and adapting to the"compulsory mandatory learning"and"compulsory elective learning".This study conducted a 20 week,twice a week,40 minute physical education option shift teaching experiment with first-year students from Funing County Ethnic Middle School as the research subjects.The results show that by improving students'physical fitness,sports skills,and interest in sports learning,the teaching principle of teaching according to individual aptitude has been effectively implemented.
