间歇训练法与重复训练法对高考体育生400米跑成绩影响的对比研究

摘  要:间歇训练法和重复训练法是现代竞技体育与体育教学发展的产物,伴随着现代竞技体育水平的提高与竞争得越发激烈而不断改进,间歇训练法与重复训练法也因此越发完善,并逐渐向多功能与多特点的发展方向延伸。间歇训练法与重复训练法作为田径运动主要的训练方法,其广泛运用至国内体育教学当中,尤其是在高考体育科目400米跑考试当中有着极为重要的影响。对此该文采用文献研究法、问卷调查法等研究方法,从客观的教学实践的角度,探讨间歇训练法与重复训练法对于体育考生400米跑专项成绩的不同,并针对高考体育生的400米跑成绩影响因素进行探讨,并根据其当下的发展条件制定对应的教学方法,以此帮助体育考生在400米项目上的成绩提高。Interval training method and repetition training method are the products of the development of modern competitive sports and physical education,along with the improvement of modern competitive sports level and the fiercer competition.Interval training method and repetition training method are becoming more and more perfect,and gradually extend to the development direction of multi-function and multi-characteristics.As the main training methods of track and field,interval training and repetition training are widely used in domestic physical education,especially in the 400-meter examination of physical education college entrance examination.In this paper,literature research method,questionnaire survey and other research methods are adopted to discuss the differences between interval training method and repetitive training method on the 400-meter special scores of physical education candidates from the perspective of objective teaching practice.The influencing factors of 400-meter scores of physical education students in the college entrance examination are discussed,and corresponding teaching methods are designated according to their current development conditions.In order to help the examinee in the 400 meter event to improve the results.
