摘 要:课程思政在体育教学中的有效融合,促进了普通师范院校体育教学模式的改革,是贯彻和落实教育改革精神的重要工作。顺应教育改革、提升教学质量势不可挡,只有打破传统教学思维,注入新的教学理念,才能有效提升课堂质量。该文通过文献资料法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,分析了当前师范院校公共体育教学存在的问题,发现教师是公共体育课程改革的中心研究对象,主要问题集中在固有传统教学理念根深蒂固、教师对思政教育认识浅薄等突出问题。针对问题,对师范院校公共体育课程融合思政协同育人问题进行深入分析,总结了三个工作方向,并提出了“以赛促教”等多渠道、多方式加强教师思政学习,提高教师参与赛教的积极性等。通过研究,促进公共体育课程融合思政协同育人能有一个新起点。The effective integration of ideological and political education in physical education teaching and the promotion of the reform of physical education teaching mode in ordinary normal universities are important tasks for implementing and carrying out the spirit of educational reform.Adapting to educational reform and improving teaching quality is unstoppable.Only by breaking traditional teaching thinking and injecting new teaching concepts can classroom quality be effectively improved.Through research methods such as literature review and logical reasoning,the problems in current public physical education teaching in normal universities were analyzed.It was found that teachers are the central research content of public physical education curriculum reform,and the main problems focus on deep-rooted traditional teaching concepts and teachers'shallow understanding of ideological and political education.An in-depth analysis was conducted on the integration of ideological and political education in the public physical education curriculum of normal universities,and three work directions were summarized.It was proposed to strengthen teachers'ideological and political learning through multiple channels and methods,such as"promoting teaching through competitions",and to enhance teachers'enthusiasm for participating in competitions and teaching.By conducting research,we aim to provide a new starting point for promoting the integration of ideological and political education into public physical education curriculum and fostering collaborative education.
