摘　　要：信息技术和学科教学的有效融合能为学生提供更直观的教学课堂,利于学生学习自主性的充分发挥。该文主要分析了现代信息技术的应用特征,探究了现代信息技术应用于健美操教学现状中存在的问题及原因,探讨了现代信息技术应用于健美操教学中的优势:优化教学环境,提升教学直观性;提升备课水平,发挥教师主导性;丰富教学手段,提高学生自学能力;促进师生互动交流,推动教学目标实现。旨在为健美操教学改革发展提供参考建议。The effective integration of information technology and subject teaching can provide students with more intuitive teaching classroom,which is conducive to the full play of students'learning autonomy.This paper mainly analyzes the application characteristics of modern information technology,probes into the existing problems and reasons of the application of modern information technology in calisthenics teaching,and discusses the advantages of modern information technology in calisthenics teaching:optimize the teaching environment,improve the intuitive teaching;Improve the level of lesson preparation and give play to teachers'leadership;Enrich teaching means and improve students'self-study ability;Promote the interaction between teachers and students,and promote the realization of teaching goals.The aim is to provide reference suggestions for the reform and development of aerobics teaching.
