摘 要:加热炉的燃烧控制系统对于保证生产过程的稳定性、效率和产品质量至关重要。然随着计算机技术和控制理论的不断发展,越来越多的高效数学建模方法和优化算法被引入到加热炉燃烧控制系统的研究中。这些方法的应用不仅可以提高加热炉的生产效率和产品质量,还可以降低能源消耗,减少环境污染,具有广阔的应用前景和经济效益。因此,加热炉燃烧控制系统的数学建模与优化研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。以加热炉中的烧结炉作为分析对象,讨论烧结炉结构设计以及加热模型,并对烧结炉燃烧控制结构参数优化方法进行分析,讨论烧结炉燃烧控制系统架构,希望可以全面理解炉内燃烧过程的物理机理及其影响因素,为设计高效的燃烧控制系统提供指导,以实现炉内温度分布的均匀性、能源利用率的提升和生产成本的降低。The combustion control system of heating furnace is crucial to ensure the stability,efficiency and product quality of the production process.However,with the continuous development of computer technology and control theory,more and more efficient mathematical modelling methods and optimization algorithms have been introduced into the research of combustion control system of heating furnace.The application of these methods can not only improve the production efficiency and product quality of the heating furnace,but also reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution,which has broad application prospects and economic benefits.Therefore,the study of mathematical modelling and optimization of the combustion control system of heating furnace has important theoretical and practical significance.It take the sintering furnace in the heating furnace as the object of analysis,discuss the structural design of the sintering furnace as well as the heating model,and analyze the optimization method of the combustion control structure parameters of the sintering furnace,and discuss the architecture of the combustion control system of the sintering furnace in the hope that we can comprehensively understand the physical mechanism of the combustion process in the furnace and its influencing factors,and provide guidance for the design of a highly efficient combustion control system in order to achieve the homogeneity of the temperature distribution of the furnace,the improvement of the energy utilisation and production cost reduction.
