摘  要:文化主体性是一个国家、民族在世界文化激荡中站稳脚跟的关键。大学生是推进文化繁荣、建设文化强国的重要力量,新时代培育其文化主体性,是青年成长成才的内在要求,是不断推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的动力源泉,更是新时代党的青年工作的应有之义。在培育大学生文化主体性的过程中,面临着多元文化的冲击、教育模式的局限以及大学生自身意识与能力不足的风险挑战。因此,应以党的领导为根本指引,确保大学生坚守中华文化立场;以文化资源为重要依托,激发大学生创新创造的主动性;以思政课堂为主要阵地,增进大学生对文化的深层认同;以社会实践为必要补充,推动大学生践行新的文化使命。Cultural subjectivity is the key for a country and a nation to gain a firm foothold in the world cultural agitation.College students are an important force in promoting cultural prosperity and building a cultural power.Cultivating their cultural subjectivity in the new era is an inherent requirement for the growth and development of young people.It is the driving force for the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture.It is also the proper meaning of the Party’s youth work in the new era.In the process of cultivating college students’cultural subjectivity,it is faced with the impact of multiculturalism,the limitation of education mode and the risk challenge of college students’lack of consciousness and ability.Therefore,we should take the leadership of the Party as the fundamental guidance to ensure that college students adhere to the position of Chinese culture;take cultural resources as an important support to stimulate the initiative of college students’innovation and creation;take the ideological and political classroom as the main position to enhance college students’deep recognition of culture;take social practice as a necessary supplement to promote college students to practice new cultural missions.
