摘  要:基础教育的高质量发展离不开课程改革的推动,通过对浙江省参与国家21世纪以来课程改革历程的回溯,展现浙江作为教育改革先行先试省的使命担当和作为。研究以《义务教育课程方案和课程标准(2022年版)》落地实施为切入,介绍浙江省以顶层设计优化推进科学布局、以关键问题聚焦实现有序推进、以教研支撑助力课程改革深化的具体实践路径。课程改革与基础教育高质量发展是永恒的话题,在建设教育强国大背景下,聚焦重点、难点和堵点,浙江基础教育将努力在优质均衡、拔尖创新人才培养、课改要素保障、体制机制改革等方面进行持续探索。The high-quality development of basic education is inseparable from the impetus of curriculum reform.By retrospecting Zhejiang Province’s participation in the national curriculum reform since the beginning of the 21st century,this study showcases Zhejiang’s specific responsibilities and contributions as a pioneer province in educational reform.With the implementation of the Compulsory Education Curriculum Program and Standards(2022 Edition)as the starting point,this study introduces Zhejiang’s specific practical pathways,which include optimizing top-level design to promote scientific layout,focusing on key issues to achieve orderly advancement,and strengthening the support of teaching and researching to deepen reform.Curriculum reform and the high-quality development of basic education are eternal topics that require continuous exploration in aspects such as the achievement og high-quality and balanced development,the cultivation of top-tier talents,the guarantee of reform elements,and the reform of supply mechanisms,against the backdrop of building a leading country in education and focusing on difficulties and bottlenecks.
