摘 要:为了促进纺织复合材料整体穿刺织造成型技术的应用与发展,介绍整体穿刺织造成型工艺及特点,立足国内外整体穿刺织造成型设备的研究进展,总结分析设备优缺点、整体穿刺织造成型预制体性能及应用,针对设备存在的局限性展望技术发展方向。指出:纺织复合材料整体穿刺织造成型预制体具有优良的力学性能、摩擦性能、抗冲击性能、热力学性能及轻量化优势,应用潜力巨大;未来,应通过设备工艺优化、设备结构改进、零部件耐用性提升、智能检测与诊断技术应用、控制系统优化以及畅通行业技术交流等措施,提高穿刺成型设备的生产效率、设备稳定性、自动化程度,进而提升穿刺织造成型预制体的精度和质量。In order to promote the application and development of textile composite integral puncture weaving molding technology,the integral puncture weaving molding process and characteristics are introduced,based on the research progress of integral puncture weaving molding equipment at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of the equipment,the performance and application of the integral puncture weaving molding prefabrication are summarized and analyzed,and the development direction of the technology is prospected according to the limitations of the equipment.It is pointed out that the integral puncture weaving molding prefabrication of textile composite has excellent mechanical properties,frictional properties,impact resistance properties,thermodynamic properties and lightweight advantages,and has great application potential.In the future,the production efficiency,equipment stability and automation of puncture molding equipment should be improved through equipment process optimization,equipment structure improvement,parts durability improvement,intelligent detection and diagnostic technology application,control system optimization and smooth technical exchanges in the industry,so as to improve the precision and quality of puncture weaving molding prefabrication.
