数实融合赋能企业创新行为转变:从技术引进到自主创新

摘　　要：伴随国内经济增长动能转换以及国外前沿技术封锁,如何提高企业自主创新行为倾向成为社会关注的焦点。本文利用2011-2022年A股高科技上市公司数据,考察数实融合发展对企业创新行为转变的影响。结果发现,数实融合发展有助于企业提高自主创新行为偏向,实现从技术引进到自主创新的轨道跃迁,且该作用在非国有性质、经济不确定性较低以及地区知识产权保护力度大的企业中更为明显。机制分析表明,数实融合发展一方面会扩大消费市场需求总量和丰富消费市场需求类型,提高企业自主创新意愿,另一方面也会缓解研发过程中面临的资金、人才和知识资源供给约束,提高企业自主创新能力,并最终转变企业创新行为偏向。With the transformation of the driving forces for domestic economic growth and the blockade of cutting-edge technologies by foreign countries,how to enhance the propensity of enterprises' independent innovation behavior has become the focus of social attention.This paper utilizes the data of A-share high-tech listed companies from 2011 to 2022 to examine the impact of the integrated development of the digital and real economies on the transformation of enterprises' innovation behavior.The results show that the integrated development of the digital and real economies helps enterprises increase their preference for independent innovation behavior,realizing the orbital transition from technology introduction to independent innovation,and this effect is more pronounced in enterprises that are non-state-owned,face lower economic uncertainties,and are located in regions with strong intellectual property protection.Mechanism analysis indicates that,on the one hand,the integrated development of the digital and real economies will expand the total demand in the consumer market and enrich the types of demand in the consumer market,thus enhancing enterprises' willingness to conduct independent innovation.On the other hand,it will also alleviate the supply constraints of funds,talents,and knowledge resources faced in the R&D process,improve enterprises' independent innovation capabilities,and ultimately change the preference of enterprises' innovation behavior.
