摘 要:制浆造纸及生物质加工过程中有大量半纤维素未得到高值化应用。本研究利用碱预抽提体系分离出的桉木木聚糖型半纤维素(以下简称木聚糖),制备高性能染料分散剂。实验表明,木聚糖基染料分散剂处理的染料分散液扩散性能可达5级(参照HG/T3399-2001标准)、在130℃高温处理后,粒径稳定性可保持在229.4±3.72 nm、还原水解率平均53.55%,指标达到或超过合成商品染料分散剂亚甲基双萘磺酸钠(NNO),有望为废弃木聚糖的高值利用提供新的思路和方法,减少合成染料化学品的使用,降低废弃物的排放压力,推动染料分散剂的可持续、环保化发展。In the processes of pulp and paper making as well as biomass processing,a large amount of hemicellulose has not been utilized for high-value applications.In this study,xylan-type hemicellulose,which was isolated from eucalyptus wood through an alkali pre-extraction system,was employed to prepare high-performance dye dispersants.The dye dispersion treated by the xylan-based dye dispersant can achieve a diffusion performance of level 5(in accordance with the HG/T3399-2001 standard),maintain a particle size stability of 229.4±3.72 nm after 130℃ high temperature treatment,and has an average reduction-hydrolysis rate of 53.55%.These indicators meet or exceed those of synthetic commercial dye dispersants sodium methylenebis(NNO).This research is expected to offer novel ideas and approaches for the valorization of waste xylan,reduce the consumption of synthetic dye chemicals,ease the waste-discharge pressure,and propel the sustainable and eco-friendly development of dye dispersants.
