魔芋纤维素复合水凝胶的制备及吸水性能研究

摘  要:胃部空间占据水凝胶作为一种新型减重材料展现出巨大的应用潜力。文中将魔芋葡甘露聚糖(KGM)引入羧甲基纤维素钠(CMCNa)水凝胶中,通过构建干态互穿交联网络,制备一系列魔芋纤维素复合水凝胶(KCMC)。通过红外、吸水溶胀测试、形貌分析研究了魔芋葡甘露聚糖添加对纤维素水凝胶结构和性能的影响。结果表明,在羧甲基纤维素水凝胶中引入适量魔芋葡甘露聚糖可以有效诱导体系发生微相分离,从而显著提升水凝胶的吸水性能。其中,当魔芋葡甘露聚糖添加量为20%(w/w)时,所制备的复合水凝胶在模拟胃液环境中的膨胀倍率可达178倍,展现出优异的胃部空间占据能力,证实了其作为新型口服饱腹减重材料的潜在应用价值。Stomach space occupying hydrogel as a popular weight control device shows great application potential.In this study,konjac glucomannan was introduced into sodium carboxymethyl cellulose hydrogel.A series of konjac cellulose composite hydrogels were prepared by constructing cross-linked network.The effect of konjac glucomannan addition on the hydrogel structure and properties was investigated by infrared,swelling tests and morphology analysis.The results showed that a small amount of konjac glucomannan in carboxymethyl cellulose hydrogel could induce microphase separation and improve the water absorption performance of the hydrogel.When the addition of konjac glucomannan reached 20%,the water absorption ratio of the composite hydrogel reached the highest(196 times),showing potential as a weight reduction material.
