摘 要:小净距盾构隧道施工难度大,安全风险大,容易影响盾构结构及周边环境的安全。文章以深圳某新建盾构隧道为依托,采用有限元软件FLAC3D建立数值分析模型,研究隔离桩对复合地层小净距盾构隧道施工的变形机理及其影响,对不同桩长、桩径、桩间距等因素进行敏感性分析,并提出在复合地层中盾构隧道施工建议。结果表明:隔离桩能够有效减少盾构隧道中的垂直位移,对水平位移影响相对较小;盾构隧道的最大垂直位移与隔离桩桩长近似呈负指数关系,与隔离桩桩径呈非线性减小关系,与隔离桩桩间距呈非线性关系;本项目隔离桩桩径取为1 m是合理的,并建议适当加大隔离桩桩间距以减少工程费用。The construction difficulty and safety risks of minimal-distance shield tunnels are high,which affects the safety of the shield structure and surrounding environment.Based on a newly built shield tunnel in Shenzhen,a numerical analysis model is established using finite element software FLAC3D to study the deformation mechanism and impact of isolation piles on the construction of small-clearance shield tunnels in composite strata.Sensitivity analysis is conducted on such factors as different pile length,pile diameter,and pile spacing.Suggestions for shield construction in composite strata are proposed.The results show that:The isolation piles can effectively reduce the vertical displacement in the shield tunnel,with relatively little impact on the horizontal displacement;The maximum vertical displacement of the shield tunnel is approximately inversely proportional to the length of the isolation piles,nonlinearly decreases with the diameter of the isolation piles,and nonlinearly varies with the spacing between the isolation piles;It is reasonable to take the diameter of the isolation piles in this project as 1 m,and it is recommended to appropriately increase the spacing between the isolation piles to reduce engineering costs.
