摘 要:数字经济背景下全球创新网络呈现出新特征和新趋势,通过“主体结构重塑”和“权力结构重塑”产生了影响制造业价值链升级的新机制。文章基于数字技术驱动的全球创新网络重塑视角,深入分析了全球创新网络重塑促进制造业价值链升级的机理与典型事实。在此基础上,从大力发展数字经济与技术、鼓励合作专利申请“引进来”和“走出去”,以及以内外循环相结合提高合作创新质量等方面,为中国在数字经济背景下深度参与全球创新网络、促进制造业价值链升级提出具体建议。In the context of the digital economy,global innovation networks exhibit new characteristics and trends,generating new mechanisms that influence the value chain upgrading in manufacturing through the restructuring of major structures and the restructuring of power structures.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the mechanisms and typical facts regarding how the reshaping of global innovation networks promotes value chain upgrading in manufacturing from the perspective of digital technology-driven global innovation networks.Based on this analysis,specific recommendations are made for China to deeply engage in global innovation networks and promote the value chain upgrading in manufacturing under the digital economy.These recommendations focus on vigorously developing the digital economy and technologies,encouraging collaborative patent applications through both“bringing in”and“going out”initiatives,as well as improving the quality of collaborative innovation by combining domestic and international economic circulations.
