摘 要:在系统分析四要素教学设计理论的基础上,将其四要素分解,结合中小学校长跟岗研修实践学习特征进行有效迁移,合理运用到基地培训中来,形成以学员学习任务与基地校培训任务为培训核心的双核任务驱动模式,将学员下校前必备知识技能的理论培训作为校长跟岗研修的前提条件,将跟岗研修实践过程中导师的专业指导作为跟岗研修的关键支持,将跟岗研修结束后的专项练习作为跟岗研修的有力保障。On the basis of systematic analysis of the four elements of instructional design theory,this paper decomposes the four elements,effectively transfers them with the characteristics of primary and secondary school principals' training and practice learning,and rationally applies them to base training to form a dual-core task-driven model with trainees' learning task and base-school training task as the core of training.The theoretical training of trainees' necessary knowledge and skills before leaving school is taken as the prerequisite for the principals' shadowing training,the professional guidance of tutors in the process of the shadowing training as the key support,and the targeted practice after shadowing training as the strong guarantee.
