摘 要:针对适用于增强热塑性塑料的玻璃纤维短切原丝,对其生产制造工艺进行了技术探讨及优化研究,通过设计实验了连续生产过程中短切机频率、流化床温度、冷却区湿纱调理时间、胶辊硬度选择等一系列工艺,解决了短切原丝生产过程中长丝和大颗粒数量多、综合能耗偏高、胶辊和刀辊匹配性等生产难题,制定出符合连续生产高品质离线短切原丝要求的工艺标准和参数,显著提高了离线短切玻璃纤维原丝产品质量和生产效率。For the chopped glass fiber suitable for fiber-reinforced thermoplastics,a technical discussion and optimization study were conducted on its production and manufacturing process.A series of processes such as chopper frequency,fluidized bed temperature,wet yarn conditioning time,and rubber roller hardness selection were designed and tested in the continuous production process.The production problems such as large numbers of filaments and large particles,high comprehensive energy consumption,and matching of rubber roll and knife roll in the chopped glass fiber production process were solved.The process standards and parameters that meet the requirements for continuous production of highquality offline chopped strands were established,which have significantly improved the quality and production efficiency of offline glass fiber chopped strands.
