中职院校“赛课融通”协同育人模式的内在逻辑与实践研究——以新能源汽车维修专业为例

摘  要:在新能源汽车发展的同时,新能源汽车维修人才培养也变得越来越重要,中职院校开设新能源汽车维修专业具有重要意义。“赛课融通”协同育人模式创造了育训并举的新路径,其中技能大赛的举办对中职院校新能源汽车维修专业的发展起到了积极的促进作用,一方面通过技能大赛能够促进中职院校新能源汽车维修专业人才培养质量的提升,另一方面也能为中职院校培养高素质技术技能型人才提供有效的途径。针对中职院校新能源汽车维修专业发展困境与不足进行分析,并就“赛课融通”协同育人模式的理论逻辑及其对中职院校新能源汽车维修专业发展的实践路径进行分析,以供同类院校参考。As new energy vehicles are being developed,the need for people to maintain them is increasing.So,it is very important to set up a new energy vehicle maintenance specialty in secondary vocational colleges.A new way of teaching and training,where there is an integration of competition and curriculum has been created.This has had a positive effect on the development of the specialty.On the one hand,skills competitions can improve the quality of talent training for this subject in colleges.Secondly,it provides an effective way to train high-quality technical and technical talents.This paper undertakes a thorough analysis of the challenges and deficiencies encountered in the specialty in secondary vocational colleges.It also delves into the theoretical underpinnings of the collaborative education model of"integration of competition and curriculum"and explores its practical implementation for the advancement of the specialty.
