摘  要:[研究目的]聚焦于科技金融视角下的未来产业识别问题,旨在探讨如何通过科技金融手段精准识别前沿技术的产业化潜力,为新质生产力培育提供理论支撑与实践路径。未来产业作为新质生产力的重要载体,对其进行精准识别对于优化科技金融资源配置、控制投资风险并实现超额收益具有重要现实意义。[研究方法]采用宏观与微观相结合的双维分析框架,在宏观层面,通过技术成熟度曲线等模型,分析技术演进周期与市场预期的互动关系,区分传统金融与科技金融的应用边界,并提出科技金融工具的选择策略;在微观层面,针对技术资产价值评估难题,构建科创平台与创投机构的跨界融合机制,以及市场化信息共享与风险共担机制,以破解信息不对称问题。[研究结论]宏观层面,技术成熟度曲线可有效指导科技金融工具的动态选择;微观层面,通过整合科技创新平台的专业技术能力与创投机构的资本运作经验,同时借助科技园区的信息优势构建动态风险共担体系,可显著提升未来产业识别的精准度。未来产业识别需突破传统政策导向的粗粒度分类,转向技术资产价值的深度挖掘,通过机制创新,实现科技与金融的深度耦合。[Research purpose]This study focuses on the identification of future-oriented industries from the perspective of technology finance,aiming to explore how to accurately identify the industrialization potential of cutting-edge technologies through technology finance approaches,thereby providing theoretical support and practical pathways for cultivating new quality productive forces.As key carriers of new quality productive forces,identifying future-oriented industries is of significant practical importance for optimizing the allocation of technological financial resources,controlling risks,and achieving excess returns.[Research method]A dual-dimensional analytical framework combining macro and micro perspectives is adopted.At the macro level,models such as technology maturity curve are used to analyze the interaction between technological evolution cycles and market expectations,distinguishing the application boundaries between traditional finance and technology finance,and proposing strategies for selecting technology finance instruments.At the micro level,targeting the challenges of valuing technological assets,a cross-border integration mechanism between science and technology innovation platforms and venture capital institutions is constructed,along with a market-oriented information sharing and risk-sharing mechanism to address information asymmetry.[Research conclusion]At the macro level,the technology maturity curve can effectively guide the dynamic selection of technology finance instruments.At the micro level,by integrating the professional technical capabilities of science and technology innovation platforms with the capital operation experience of venture capital institutions,while leveraging the information advantages of science and technology parks to build a dynamic risk-sharing system,the accuracy of future-oriented industries identification can be significantly improved.The study emphasizes that identifying future-oriented industries requires breaking through traditional policy-oriented coarse-grain
