摘  要:当前,高职院校是乡村幼儿教师培育的重要主体,在助力新农村建设中具有一定的现实意义。然而,高职院校在培育乡村幼儿教师的过程中面临着培育对象功利取向、培育模式城乡同质、培育主体相互疏离等多方面挑战。因此,高职院校应从培育对象的本土定向、协同培育方案的乡村特质、协同主体的共育共评等策略入手,促进高素质乡村幼儿教师的培养。At present,higher vocational colleges are an important subject in cultivating rural preschool teachers,and they have various practical significance in the construction of new rural areas.However,higher vocational colleges encounter various challenges in the cultivation process,such as the utilitarian orientation of the cultivation object,the homogeneity of the cultivation model between urban and rural areas,and the alienation of the cultivation subjects.The paper proposes targeted training of localized preschool teachers,development of collaborative cultivation plans with rural characteristics,and collaborative evaluation of collaborative subjects,in order to improve the quality of rural preschool teacher training.
