我国高校“产创融合型”创新创业教育的基本理路与实践进路

摘　　要：在全球科技革命加速演进、经济转型升级、高等教育范式变革的背景下,创新创业教育已成为国家创新驱动发展战略的核心支撑与教育改革的关键突破口。我国高校创新创业教育呈现出“通用型”“专创融合型”“产创融合型”三级进阶的发展态势。“产创融合型”创新创业教育是新时代高等教育回应国家创新驱动发展战略、破解产教脱节难题的核心路径,其发展需要坚持以多元协同为核心,以项目驱动为引擎,以综合评价为突破,以形成地方特色为目标。面向未来,我国高校应进一步促进产业需求与教育创新的深度耦合,推动人才培养模式从“学科导向”向“问题导向”转型,创新创业教育从“校内培养”向“市场实战”跃迁,为经济高质量发展与教育现代化提供有效支撑。Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a core support for the national innovation-driven development strategy and a key breakthrough in educational reform against the backdrop of the accelerating evolution of global technology,economic transformation and upgrading,and the paradigm shift in higher education.Cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents in Chinese universities is advancing from the general type and the integrated professional and entrepreneurial education to the unified industrial and entrepreneurial education.Integration of industrial and entrepreneurial education is a core path for higher education in the new era to respond to the national innovation-driven strategy and solve the problem of disconnection between industry and education.Its development needs to adhere to multi-party collaboration as the core,project-driven force as the engine,comprehensive evaluation as the breakthrough,and local characteristics as the goal.In the future,Chinese universities need to promote the deep coupling of industrial demands and educational innovation,achieve the paradigm transformation from discipline-oriented to the problem-oriented talent cultivation,and advance the leap of innovation and entrepreneurship education from campus-based training to market-based practice,providing key support for high-quality economic development and educational modernization.
