摘　　要：铁路救援起重机是铁路救援机械的重要产品之一,吊臂筒体在焊接后由于焊接应力的存在会产生焊接变形,吊臂筒体的矫形质量直接影响吊臂组成的组装质量、结构性能。故应在吊臂筒体制造过程中,根据技术要求,以装备保工艺、以工艺保质量的原则,制定合理的工艺方法保证吊臂筒体制造水平,提高产品制造质量。Railway rescue cranes are one of the important products of railway rescue machinery.After the welding of the boom cylinder,welding deformation occurs due to the welding stress.The orthopedic quality of the boom cylinder directly affects the structural performance and quality of the boom.Therefore,according to technical requirements,the principle of equipment ensuring process and process ensuring quality should be followed to develop reasonable process methods to ensure the manufacturing level of the boom cylinder and improve the quality of product manufacturing in the manufacturing process of the boom cylinder.
