摘 要:针对新建西延高铁新尚家沟隧道紧邻既有包西铁路、隧道施工可能影响既有铁路正常运营的问题,提出新尚家沟隧道采用悬臂掘进机施工。研究悬臂掘进机施工装备配套优选,悬臂掘进机掘进与施工管控技术,悬臂式掘进机开挖对既有包西铁路影响监测分析,以及悬臂掘进机开挖施工通风除尘技术。实践表明,采用悬臂掘进机掘进施工,施工振动小、施工速度高于钻爆法、掌子面作业人员少、安全性高,解决了新建隧道紧邻既有运营铁路的施工影响问题。对于新建隧道紧邻既有运营铁路,悬臂掘进机施工是一种很好的方法。In response to the issue that the construction of the new Shangjiagou Tunnel on the newly built Xi'an-Yan'an High-speed Railway,which is in close proximity to the existing Baotou-Xi'an Railway,may affect the normal operation of the existing railway,the use of a roadheader for the construction of the new Shangjiagou Tunnel is proposed.This study focuses on the optimal selection of roadheader construction equipment,the tunneling and construction control technology of the roadheader,the monitoring and analysis of the impact of roadheader excavation on the existing Baotou-Xi'an Railway,and the ventilation and dust removal technology for roadheader excavation construction.Practice has shown that the use of a roadheader for tunneling results in low construction vibration,higher construction speed than the drilling and blasting method,fewer workers at the tunnel face,and high safety,effectively addressing the construction impact issues of new tunnels adjacent to existing operational railways.For new tunnels adjacent to existing operational railways,roadheader construction is an excellent method.
