摘  要:探讨“职教出海”背景下高职院校“双师型”教师应具备的能力要求及面临的挑战,包括教师能力短板、培养规划缺失和激励评价机制不足等问题。为应对这些挑战,提出加强国际交流与合作、提供多元化支持、搭建语言素养提升平台等策略。通过以上措施,高职院校可培养出既专业技能过硬又具国际视野的高素质“双师型”教师队伍,不断推动职业教育国际化进程。This paper explores the competency requirements and challenges faced by"dual-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges against the backdrop of"vocational education going global."The challenges include shortcomings in teacher competencies,lack of training plans,and insufficient incentive evaluation mechanisms.To address these challenges,strategies such as strengthening international exchanges and cooperation,providing diversified support,and building platforms for language proficiency enhancement are proposed.Through these measures,higher vocational colleges can cultivate high-quality"dual-qualified"faculty teams with both strong professional skills and international perspectives,thereby continuously advancing the internationalization of vocational education.
