摘　　要：实践创新能力提升是专业硕士研究生的重要培养目标,体现在专业硕士教育的各个环节。目前全日制专硕研究生实践创新能力有待进一步提升,专业实践创新能力培养环节和内容也需要不断创新和优化。探讨专业学位研究生实践创新能力培养过程中存在的问题及影响要素,运用价值链理论从全日制专硕研究生创新实践能力培植机制入手,围绕人才培养目标和全日制专硕主要特征,构建理论教学、专业实践、毕业论文全过程管控,教学、科研、实践多渠道融合,政府、学校、企业三位一体的实践创新能力培养体系。The enhancement of practical innovation ability is a crucial training objective for professional master's students,reflected in various aspects of professional master's education.Currently,the practical innovation ability of full-time professional master's students needs further improvement,and the training process and content for professional practical innovation ability also require continuous innovation and optimization.This study explores the problems and influencing factors in the cultivation of practical innovation ability among professional degree graduate students.Using the value chain theory,it starts with the cultivation mechanism of practical innovation ability for full-time professional master's students,focusing on the training objectives and main characteristics of full-time professional master's programs.The study constructs a practical innovation ability training system that encompasses the entire process of theoretical teaching,professional practice,and thesis writing,integrates multiple channels of teaching,research,and practice,and involves a tripartite collaboration among the government,schools,and enterprises.
