摘　　要：自《新文科建设宣言》发布以来,全国高等文科教育战线全面推进新文科建设,取得了显著成效。新文科建设从星星之火成燎原之势,1.0版建设目标已基本实现。面对中国式现代化的提出、教育强国建设的要求以及新一轮科技革命的浪潮,必须深化改革,明确新文科2.0版建设的目标与原则,通过实施铸魂育人新工程、构建专业调整新机制、探索人才培养新模式、提升要素建设新水平、塑造教育教学新形态、打造国际化人才培养新格局、健全质量保障新标准、构建哲学社会科学新体系等关键举措,加快构建自强卓越的高等文科教育体系,朝着建成高等文科教育强国的目标扎实迈进,以文科之强夯实国家富强之基。Since the release of the Declaration on the Construction of New Humanities and Social Sciences,remarkable results have been achieved in the domain of higher liberal arts education nationwide.The construction of new humanities and so⁃cial sciences has evolved from a spark of pioneering idea into a prairie fire of widespread transformative endeavors,mark⁃ing the fundamental goals of the New Humanities and Social Sciences 1.0 now substantially achieved.To respond to the national strategy of Chinese modernization,the demand of building China into a leading country in education,and the new wave of scientific and technological revolution,it is imperative to deepen the reform and clarify the objectives and principles of the New Humanities and Social Sciences 2.0.The construction version 2.0 should aim at accelerating the construction of a self-empowering and distinctive higher liberal arts education system.The major initiatives involve imple⁃menting new ideological cultivation programs,establishing a new mechanism of professional adjustment,exploring a new mode of talent cultivation,raising the standards of construction to a new high,shaping new educational paradigms,creat⁃ing a new pattern of internationalized cultivation,establishing new standards of quality guarantee,and building a new dis⁃ciplinary system of philosophy and social sciences.These initiatives are essential steps towards the goal of building a lead⁃ing higher liberal arts education,thereby laying a solid foundation for the nation’s prosperity by strengthening Chinese lib⁃eral arts education.
