新文科背景下科技考古人才培养的创新发展

摘　　要：考古学在中国人类史、文化史和文明史研究中具有重要作用。进入新时代,考古工作受到党和国家前所未有的重视。考古学天然的多学科融合属性,与新文科促进多学科交叉及深度融合、推动传统文科更新升级的建设理念不谋而合。随着新技术的快速发展运用,科技赋能考古研究的重要性日益凸显,科技考古成为考古学科发展的新引擎。经过40多年的建设,我国科技考古学科发展迅速,科技考古人才培养也取得了长足进步,但目前仍存在科技考古师资力量薄弱、科技考古实验室空间不足、科技考古设备投入不够等问题。面向新时代新要求,高校要正视我国考古学科与国际先进水平的差距,通过推进考古学科国际化建设等途径迎头赶上。要坚持守正创新,夯实田野考古在教学体系中的基础地位;同时树立分层次培养的理念,积极探索中国特色科技考古拔尖人才培养新路径,为提升我国考古自主创新能力作出更大贡献。Archaeology plays an important role in the study of China’s human history,cultural history and civilization history.In the new era,archaeological work has received unprecedented attention from the Party and the state.The inherently multidisciplinary nature of archaeology coincides with the ideology of the new humanities and social sciences,which fosters interdisciplinary integration and the renewal and upgrading of traditional liberal arts.With the rapid development and application of new technologies,the empowerment of technology in archaeological research has become more and more prominent,making archaeological science a new engine for the disciplinary development.After over 40 years of development,the discipline of archaeological science has developed rapidly in China,and the training of archaeological science talents has also made noticeable progress.But at the same time,challenges remain,including faculty shortage,insufficient laboratories and inadequate investment in archaeological equipment.In response to the demands of the new era,universities should face up to the gap between China’s archaeological discipline and the international level,and try to catch up through cross-border disciplinary cooperation.While upholding the core disciplinary principles and consolidating the central role of field archaeology in the curriculum,we should break new ground and explore new pathways for cultivating top-notch talents in archaeological science with Chinese characteristics based on the ideology of implementing a tiered model for talent training,which is crucial in enhancing China’s independent innovation capacity in archaeology.
