全国新文科建设的现状、成效与挑战——基于9省(市)86所高校的调研数据分析

摘　　要：新文科建设是提升高等教育质量的关键抓手,是教育强国战略的核心组成部分。全国9省(市)86所高校6万余份问卷的实证调查表明,各高校正有序推进新文科建设,具体表现为加强课程思政建设、完善制度保障机制、培育文科战略新兴专业、促进课程提质创新、驱动教育数字化转型、推动多元化人才培养模式改革,并取得了较为丰硕的成果,为新文科建设提供了有力支撑。面向中国式现代化和教育强国建设的战略目标,新文科建设要充分认识国际形势复杂多变的新趋势、国内经济社会发展的新特征、制约教育高质量发展的新问题以及教育高水平发展的新挑战,在价值引领、课程与专业设置、能力素质培育、AI赋能、高水平教师队伍建设以及要素协同优化等方面持续发力,为建设社会主义现代化强国提供有力支撑。The construction of the new humanities and social sciences is a pivotal measure to improve the quality of higher education,as well as a core component of the strategy of strengthening China’s higher education.The empirical survey of more than 60,000 questionnaires from 86 colleges and universities in 9 provinces(municipalities)shows that they have been advancing the construction methodically,and have achieved fruitful results in all aspects.Ideological and political education are being intensified through integration into major courses;institutional mechanisms are being improved to guarantee the progress;new and strategic liberal arts majors are constantly emerging;curriculums are being upgraded and innovated;the digital transformation in the mode of education is being realized;and diversified modes of talent cultivation are taking shape.The above achievements give a strong support to the construction of the new humanities and social sciences.To make the construction align with the strategic goals of Chinese modernization and the construction of a leading country in education,we should fully recognize the complexities of the international trends,the new features of domestic economic and social development,the new problems restricting the high-quality development of education,and the new challenges confronting the high-level development of education.While strengthening the leading role of socialist core values in education,we shall concentrate our efforts on curriculum and disciplinary development,quality and capacity cultivation,AI empowerment,the construction of high-level faculties,and the optimization of the key elements’coordination,so as to give a strong intellectual support to Chinese modernization.
