摘 要:设计一个利用茶籽饼提取物——茶皂素去除水体中重金属Cr(VI)的综合化学实验,明确茶皂素去除Cr(VI)的机制.实验包括用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对茶皂素的形貌和结构进行表征,设计化学实验进行茶皂素去除Cr(VI)的性能测试和环境影响因素分析.结果表明,实验设计原理清晰、流程简单、易于操作,能锻炼学生的动手操作、仪器使用、数据处理和报告写作等能力,能让学生了解现代仪器分析技术的应用,并能让学生建立学以致用意识,整体提升大学生综合素质.实验适用于大学本科高年级的综合化学实验,自2020年在化学、应用化学和环境工程专业中成功开设,效果显著.A comprehensive chemical experiment was designed to remove heavy metal hexavalent chromium[Cr(VI)]from water using tea saponin,an extract from tea seed cake.The experiment aimed to elucidate the mechanism of Cr(VI)removal by tea saponin.The experiment included the characterization of tea saponin's morphology and structure using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).Additionally,performance tests and environmental factor analyses were conducted to evaluate the efficiency of Cr(VI)removal.The results demonstrated that the experiment was well-designed,with clear principles,simple procedures,and ease of operation.Students'practical skills in laboratory techniques,instrument operation,data processing,and report writing were improved.The application of modern instrumental analysis techniques was understood by students,and their awareness of applying knowledge to practice was established,which comprehensively enhanced undergraduates'overall quality.The experiment was suitable for the comprehensive chemistry experiments for senior undergraduates and had been successfully implemented since 2020 in chemistry,applied chemistry,and environmental engineering majors with remarkable results.
