摘  要:党的二十大对加快构建新发展格局,着力推动高质量发展进行了系统理论梳理,这些理论具有较强的生成逻辑、当代意义和实践路径。在生成逻辑层面,包括历史逻辑、现实逻辑和未来逻辑;在当代意义层面,构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展与发展主动性、规则主动性、文化主动性和创新主动性具有较强的理论关联;在实践路径层面,包括制度保障、技术创新、资源整合、统筹规划和开放合作等方面。构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展的生成逻辑、当代意义和实践路径深入阐释了中国经济发展的路径和方向,为未来经济建设提供了理论指导和实践借鉴。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China systematically theorized the acceleration of constructing a new development paradigm and the promotion of high-quality development.These theories exhibit robust generative logic,contemporary significance,and practical pathways.In terms of generative logic,they encompass historical,practical,and future dimensions.Regarding contemporary significance,the construction of a new development paradigm and the advancement of high-quality development are closely linked to developmental agency,institutional agency,cultural agency,and innovative agency.At the level of practical pathways,key aspects include institutional safeguards,technological innovation,resource integration,coordinated planning,and open cooperation.The generative logic,contemporary significance,and practical pathways of constructing a new development paradigm and promoting high-quality development provide an in-depth interpretation of the trajectory and direction of China’s economic development,offering theoretical guidance and practical references for future economic development.
