数字化赋能社区老年教育的时代价值与实践路径

摘　　要：数字化赋能为社区老年教育提供了新的发展机遇,为老年人群体享受幸福生活创造了条件。当前,数字化赋能社区老年教育还面临资源、技术、师资和体制机制等方面的诸多困难。为了破解这些困境,需要多方面的共同努力和协作。构建数字化赋能社区老年教育的实践路径,可以通过提供个性化在线学习课程,丰富数字化教育资源;开发适老化数字应用技术,搭建数字化学习平台;提升社区教师数字化能力,促进教师专业化发展;建立教育数字化保障制度,推进老年教育数字化。Digital empowerment offers new opportunities for the development of community education for the elderly,creating conditions for them to lead fulfilling lives.However,there are still significant challenges in digitalized community elderly education,including issues related to resources,technology,teachers,and institutional mechanisms.Overcoming these challenges requires collective efforts and collaboration from various stakeholders to establish a viable pathway for digital empowerment in community elderly education.To promote the digitalization of elderly education,practical steps include offering personalized online learning courses,enriching digital education resources,developing digital technologies suited to the elderly,creating digital learning platforms,enhancing the digital skills of community teachers,supporting their professional development,and establishing a robust digital education support system.
