摘　　要：数字化赋能经济社会发展,产业升级与企业转型已成时代标志。高职院校作为人才培养基地,需全面实现专业升级和数字化改造,培养高技能人才。专业建设的数字化转型涵盖育人与管理两个维度。育人维度包括专业设置、课程体系、教学环境、教师素养、教学模式和教学评价,构成人才培养全过程。管理维度涵盖管理目标、组织机构、管理机制和过程管理,构成管理全过程。高职院校的数字化转型是推动专业建设和人才培养质量提升的必然趋势。Digitalization drives economic and social development,positioning industrial upgrading and enterprise transformation as defining features of the current era.As institutions dedicated to talent cultivation,vocational colleges must fully embrace the digital transformation and upgrading of their programs to foster high-quality technical talent.The digital transformation of program development involves two key dimensions:education and management.The educational dimension includes program design,curriculum structure,teaching environment,teacher competencies,instructional methods,and assessment,collectively forming the complete process of talent development.The management dimension encompasses management objectives,organizational structure,management mechanisms,and process management,constituting the entire management process.Digital transformation in vocational colleges is an inevitable trend in advancing program development and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.
