摘  要:中国式农村职业教育现代化是加快“技能型”乡村建设的核心动力。中国式农村职业教育现代化赋能“技能型”乡村建设有助于驱动乡村振兴战略有效实施、培育新型职业农民、服务乡村经济高质量发展。就行动框架而言,提出构建现代化农村教育服务机制、创新农村“三位一体”现代化育人模式、培育农业技能型人力资本增值理念,为赋能“技能型”乡村建设提供助力。就实施路径而言,中国式农村职业教育现代化赋能“技能型”乡村建设应完善农村教育发展体系,增强技能形成支撑性;开辟高质量协同育人路径,强化技能供给合理性;高度重视农村技能型人才培育,加强技能运用稳定性。The modernization of Chinese⁃style rural vocational education is a key driver for accelerating the development of“skill⁃based”rural areas.It empowers the construction of these areas by facilitating the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategies,cultivating a new generation of vocational farmers,and supporting the high⁃quality development of the rural economy.In terms of action framework,it is proposed to establish a modern rural education service mechanism,innovate the“three⁃in⁃one”modern education model for rural areas,and foster the concept of value⁃added agricultural skilled human capital to assist in empowering the construction of“skilled”rural areas.In terms of implementation pathways,the modernization of Chinese⁃style rural vocational education should enhance the rural education system to better support skill formation,create high⁃quality collaborative education pathways,and strengthen the alignment of skill supply with rural development needs.Furthermore,significant attention must be given to cultivating skilled talents in rural areas to ensure the stability and sustainability of skill application.
