摘  要:通过对浇封型防爆电磁阀PWM控制技术理论分析和试验验证,长期通电型的浇封型防爆电磁阀采用PWM控制供电方式相比直接DC 24 V直流输入方式更适宜满足其防爆性能。选择合适的PWM初始脉宽、延迟脉宽及维持脉宽,既能保证浇封型防爆电磁阀可靠吸合,又能满足其防爆性能的要求。Through theoretical analysis and test verification of PWM control technology for encapsulation“m”solenoid valve,it is concluded that the PWM control power supply method is more suitable for long-term energized solenoid valves than the direct DC 24 V input method.The appropriate initial pulse width,delay pulse width,and maintenance pulse width can ensure the reliable suction of solenoid valves and meet their explosionproof performance requirements.
