摘 要:有效的地震应急决策可最大限度地在灾后保护人员生命财产安全,维持社会稳定。本研究提出一种面向应急决策推理的地震事件知识图谱本体模型。该模型将应急决策所需信息划分为应急决策案例、决策支撑数据和地理位置格网3大类本体对象,设计相应的次级本体对象及属性。通过初步的地震事件知识图谱实例层构建应急决策应用案例,检验地震事件知识图谱本体模型的可行性,为地震应急决策建议提供参考。Effective earthquake emergency decision-making can protect people's life and property safety and maintain social stability to the greatest extent after the disaster.This study presents an ontology model of seismic event knowledge graph for emergency decision inference.The model divides the information needed for emergency decision into three kinds of ontology objects:emergency decision case,decision supporting data and geographical location grid,and designs corresponding sub-ontology objects and attributes.The feasibility of the ontology model of seismic event knowledge graph is tested by constructing an application case of emergency decision making based on the instance layer of seismic event knowledge graph,which provides a reference for earthquake emergency decision making.
