基于文献计量学的挥发油薄膜包装研究进展可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过对挥发油薄膜的相关文献进行分析,探析挥发油薄膜领域研究的热点议题与发展趋势,为今后挥发油薄膜的研究提供参考与思路。方法以中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WoS)核心数据库中相关文献数据为数据源,采用VOSviewer、CiteSpace软件分别对挥发油相关英文文献的发文趋势、作者、国家、关键词、高被引文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献144篇,英文文献3054篇,发文趋势都呈上升状态。中文数据库尚未形成稳定的核心作者群,英文数据库已形成较为紧密的核心作者群。文献高产国家为中国、伊朗和巴西。对挥发油薄膜的研究主要集中在挥发油及成膜基材种类、薄膜改性和保鲜应用上。结论挥发油薄膜的研究目前处于稳步发展状态,相关领域的研究人员应加强团队间的交流与合作,为挥发油薄膜的研究取得更多的创新点与突破性发展提供支撑。The work aims to analyze the hot topics and development trends of research in the field of essential oil films through investigating the related literature,so as to provide references and ideas for future research.The relevant literature data in the core databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WoS)were used as the data sources,and the trend of publication,authors,countries,key words,and highly cited literature of essential oil films in Chinese and English were visually analyzed with VOSviewer and CiteSpace software,respectively.A total of 144 literature in Chinese and 3054 literature in English were collected,and their trends of publications were both on the rise.Chinese database did not yet form a stable core group of authors,while the English database formed a relatively tight core group of authors.The top countries in terms of publication volume were China,Iran and Brazil.The research on essential oil films mainly focused on essential oil and film-forming substrate types,film modification and application of preservation technologies.At present,the research of essential oil films is in a state of stabilization and development.In the future,researchers in related fields should strengthen the communication and cooperation between teams in order to achieve more innovative points and breakthrough development for the research of essential oil films.
