摘 要:通过调节基础油与复合剂的比例,分析了复合剂用量、黏度及淬火温度对淬火油性能的影响。实验结果显示,复合剂含量为15%时,淬火油表现出最佳性能;黏度增大导致冷却速率降低;淬火温度的升高则提高了最大冷却速率,但降低了300℃冷速。煤基淬火油在黏度调控、热稳定性、闪点、特性温度及冷速特性等方面展现出优异性能,具有广阔的应用前景。实际应用实例表明,该淬火油使用寿命长、淬火特性稳定,为公司打开了新的销售通道。By adjusting the ratio of base oil to composite additive,the effects of the amount of composite additive,viscosity,and quench-ing temperature on the properties of quenching oil were analyzed.Experimental results indicate that the quenching oil exhibits optimal performance when the composite additive content is 15%;An increase in viscosity leads to a decrease in the cooling rate;An elevation in quenching temperature enhances the maximum cooling rate but reduces the cooling rate at 300℃.Coal-based quenching oil demonstrates excellent performance in terms of viscosity control,thermal stability,flash point,characteristic temperature,and cooling rate characteristics,suggesting broad application prospects.Practical application examples show that this quenching oil has a long service life and stable quenching characteristics,opening up new sales chan-nels for the company.
