工业加氢裂化装置精制段有机氮含量控制研究及应用

摘  要:随着焦化、环烷基、浆态床蜡油等原料进入工业加氢裂化装置,高氮原料加工成为挑战。在210万吨/年工业加氢裂化装置上,通过控制相同转化率,考察了精制有机氮含量从常规10~20μg/g提高至30~40μg/g之后,裂化催化剂的活性、失活速率、产品收率和关键产品性质的变化规律。结果表明,采用RN-32V和RHC-3催化剂体系,需提高裂化温度约8℃。产品分布相当,各馏分产品主要性质基本保持不变。高氮条件下裂化失活速率不高,一床层失活更快。喷气燃料烟点降低约2mm,密度增加约4kg/m3。选择适当的工艺条件和催化剂体系,可以在长周期运行中,将精制段氮含量提高至约30μg/g。With the processing of gas oil from coking,naphthenic,slurry hydrocracking,the high nitrogen feed has become a major chal-lenge for hydrocracker.Used a 2.1 Mt/a hydrocracking unit to investigate the changes in the activity and deactivation rate of the hydrocracking cat-alyst,product yield,and key product properties after increasing the nitrogen content from commonly required 10~20μg/g to 30~40μg/g under the same conversion.The long-term results showed that using RN-32V and RHC-3 catalysts,the conversion could be maintained by increasing the crack-ing temperature about 8℃,the product distribution is similar,and the main properties of each fraction remain basically unchanged.Under high ni-trogen conditions,the cracking deactivation rate is not high,and the deactivation of first bed is faster,with a decrease of about 2 mm in smoke point and an increase in density of about 4 kg/m3 for jet fuel.By selecting appropriate processing and catalysts,the nitrogen content in the hydro-refining section can be increased to about 30μg/g during long-term operation.
