摘 要:月桂酸作为一种中链脂肪酸,在表面活性剂、塑料、生物制药、食品添加剂等领域都有广泛的应用。月桂酸主要是采用天然产物制取,其具有可再生、可生物降解和环境友好的特性,可作为生物柴油的生产前体,未来可用作柴油发动机的替代燃料。为了更好的了解月桂酸的制备方式及应用现状,本文综述了月桂酸的物理和化学性质,重点介绍了工业上月桂酸的主要生产技术和实验室合成方法、月桂酸及其衍生物的主要应用及市场情况,并对月桂酸的发展前景进行了展望。Lauric acid,as a medium-chain fatty acid,has broad application prospects in fields such as surfactants,plastics,bio-pharmaceuticals and food additives.Lauric acid is mainly derived from natural products,and it possesses characteristics of being renewable,biodegradable and environmentally friendly.Besides,it can be used as a precursor for biodiesel production,and as an alternative fuel for diesel engines in the future.In order to better understand the preparation methods and application status of lauric acid,the physical and chemical properties of lauric acid were summarized,focusing on the main production technologies and laboratory synthesis methods of industrial lauric acid,the main applications and market situation of lauric acid and its derivatives,and the development prospects of lauric acid was pat forward.
