清明菜与臭黄荆叶的总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性对比研究

摘  要:为探究清明菜、臭黄荆叶的保健作用,运用超声波辅助—紫外分光法提取、测定了清明菜、臭黄荆叶样品中总黄酮含量,并对样品总黄酮提取液进行了对DPPH、OH·自由基清除率试验。结果表明:清明菜、臭黄荆叶样品中总黄酮含量分别为:72.03 g·kg^(-1)、123.87 g.kg^(-1);平均得率分别为:7.20%、12.39%;清明菜、臭黄荆叶样品的总黄酮提取液对DPPH·清除率平均为:90.43%、86.33%,对OH·清除率平均为:89.50%、82.85%。表明:清明菜、臭黄荆叶均具有良好的抗氧化活性,可开发多种保健食品和做为解热、抗病毒、抗衰老等的辅助药物。To investigate the health benefits of Gnaphalium sp.and Premna sp.leaves,total flavonoid content was determined via ultrasound-assisted extraction,and DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities of the extracts were evaluated.Results showed total flavonoid contents of 72.03 g·kg^(-1)and 123.87 g·kg^(-1)in Gnaphalium and Premna samples,respectively,with extraction yields of 7.20%and 12.39%.The extracts exhibited average DPPH radical scavenging rates of 90.43%and 86.33%,and hydroxyl radical scavenging rates of 89.50%and 82.85%for Gnaphalium and Premna,respectively.These findings demonstrated that Gnaphalium and Premna leaves possessed strong antioxidant activity,supporting their potential application in developing health foods or functional ingredients for fever-reducing,antiviral and anti-aging products.
