摘 要:本研究基于氢火焰离子化检测器-气相色谱(GC-FID),通过优化国标检测方法,建立了多内标法同时测定不同香型白酒(浓香、清香、酱香、凤香、馥郁香和浓酱兼香型)中甲醇、酯类(乙酸乙酯、己酸乙酯和乳酸乙酯)和酸类(乙酸和己酸)含量的实验方法。结果表明,各待测组分均能实现有效分离,相关系数R~2均大于0.999,精密度试验结果RSD为0.88%~1.43%,加标回收率为95.0%~100.8%,检出限为0.15~2.40 mg/L,该方法极大提高了检测效率,有利于减少试剂消耗和保护能源,可用于对不同香型白酒中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、己酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、乙酸和己酸含量定量分析。Based on Gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector(GC-FID),by optimizing the national standard detection method,an experimental method for quantifing of the contents of methanol,ethyl acetate,ethyl caproate,ethyl lactate,acetic acid and caproic acid in baijiu(Chinese liquor)of different aroma types using a multiinternal standard method simultaneously was established.The results showed that all components to be tested could be effectively separated.The correlation coefficients R2 were all greater than 0.999.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of the precision test results were between 0.88%to 1.43%,the spiked recoveries were between 95.0%to 100.8%,and the limits of detection were between 0.15 to 2.40 mg/L.This method greatly improves the detection efficiency,helped reduce reagent consumption and conserve energy,and can be used for the quantitative analysis of the contents of methanol,ethyl acetate,ethyl caproate,ethyl lactate,acetic acid and caproic acid in baijiu of different aroma types.
