超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定贵阳市蔬菜水果食用菌中农药残留现状及分析

摘　　要：了解贵阳市蔬菜、水果和食用菌中农药残留情况。采集贵阳市某些地区的蔬菜和水果样品,按照GB23200.121-2021规定的检测方法检测,采用Waters UPLC ACQuity/Xevo TQ超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪对蔬菜、水果和食用菌中55项农药残留指标进行检测。218批次蔬菜样品中112批次检测出农药残留,检出率为51.38%,其中5批次蔬菜农药残留超标,超标率为2.29%;229批次水果中148批次检出农药残留,检出率为64.63%,其中1批次水果农药残留超标,超标率为0.44%,32批次食用菌,检出率为0.71,无超标样品。贵阳市使用频率较大的为常规农药,个别蔬菜和水果农药残留存在超标情况,贵阳市蔬菜和水果总体质量较好。To investigate the residues of pesticides in vegetables,fruits and edible fungi in Guiyang city,vegetable and fruit samples were collected from some areas of Guiyang city were collected and tested according to the detection method specified in GB23200.121-2021.55 pesticide residue indicators in vegetables,fruits,and edible fungi were detected using Waters UPLC ACQuota/Xevo TQ ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer.Among 218 batches of vegetable samples,112 batches were detected for pesticide residues,with a detection rate of 51.38%.Among them,5 batches of vegetable pesticide residues exceeded the standard,with a detection rate of 2.29%.Out of 229 batches of fruits,148 batches were found to have pesticide residues,with a detection rate of 64.63%.Among them,1 batch of fruits had pesticide residues exceeding the standard,with a detection rate of 0.44%.32 batches of edible mushrooms had a detection rate of 0.71,and there were no samples exceeding the standard.Conventional pesticides are commonly used in Guiyang city,and some vegetables and fruits have pesticide residues exceeding the standard.The overall quality of vegetables and fruits in Guiyang city is good.
