摘  要:通过采用乳化法制备薄荷油微胶囊样品,采用气相色谱测定微胶囊中薄荷醇含量,建立气相色谱法测定L-薄荷醇的分析方法,检测微胶囊中薄荷醇的含量,从而为薄荷油微胶囊的制备工艺提供数据支持。其中以L-薄荷醇标准品为对照品,采用气相色谱法外标法,测定标准曲线,得到薄荷醇标准品回归方程,并进行方法学验证,用以计算样品微胶囊中薄荷醇含量。实验得出,微胶囊中薄荷醇平均含量为28.70%,所制备的微胶囊平均包载率为45.02%,所建立的方法学重复性、稳定性均良好,所测得的微胶囊中薄荷醇RSD=2.99%,气密性、重复性良好,反映出本研究建立的气相色谱分析方法良好,能准确检测薄荷醇含量,并通过此方法优选制备微胶囊的工艺。An analytical method for the determination of L-menthol by gas chromatography was established to detect the content of menthol in microcapsules by preparing the sample of peppermint oil microcapsules by emulsification method and determining the content of menthol in microcapsules by gas chromatography,thus providing data support for the preparation process of peppermint oil microcapsules.The L-menthol standard was used as the control,the standard curve was determined by gas chromatography with an external standard method,the regression equation of the menthol standard was obtained,and methodological validation was carried out,which was used to calculate the content of menthol in the microcapsules of the samples.The average content of menthol in the microcapsules was 28.70%,the average encapsulation rate of the prepared microcapsules was 45.02%,the reproducibility and stability of the established methodology were good,the RSD of menthol in the measured microcapsules was 2.99%,and the gas-tightness and reproducibility were good,which reflected that the gas chromatography analytical method established in this study was good,and it could accurately detect the content of menthol,and the method was used to preferred process for the preparation of microcapsules.
