摘  要:以羧甲基壳聚糖与泊洛沙姆F127为原料,以乙二醛为交联剂制备了用于多肽递送的水凝胶载体。研究了多肽水凝胶形成机理与性能。通过多肽水凝胶的制备可以帮助学生巩固理论课中所学多糖与肽章节中所学的知识点,将理论与实际相结合,帮学生更好的掌握所学理论知识内容。此外,此次实验结合医工交叉优势,可帮助学生初步构建系统的科研体系,激发学生科研兴趣,为医用有机化学实验教学改革提供参考的同时为学生科研之路奠定基础。Carboxymethyl chitosan and poloxamer F127 were used as raw materials,and glyoxal was used as crosslinking agent to prepare hydrogel carrier for peptide delivery.The formation mechanism and properties of polypeptide hydrogel were studied.The preparation of polypeptide hydrogel can help students consolidate the knowledge points learned in the chapter of polysaccharide and peptide in the theoretical lesson.It was the combination of theory and practice to help students better master the theoretical knowledge.In addition,this experiment combined the advantages of medical engineering intersection,which can help students initially construct a systematic scientific research system,stimulate their interest in scientific research,provide reference for the reform of Medical Organic Chemistry experiment teaching,and lay a foundation for students´scientific research path.
