摘 要:随着固相萃取样品前处理技术的产生与完善,其在科学研究、环境检测、临床药物监测、产品质量监控等领域的应用日趋广泛。为了使学生更好地掌握这一技术,我们将其应用于高校药学及相关专业的实验教学中,构建了固相萃取富集分光光度法来测定药物样品中的痕量铁的方法。此方法具有速度快、消耗少、富集倍数高、不易乳化等优势,不仅丰富了实验教学内容,还有助于激发学生的学习和科研兴趣,提高学生运用所学知识解决生活和生产中实际问题的实践能力,有益于应用型和创新型药学人才的培养,符合高校人才培养的目的。With the development and refinement of solid-phase extraction(SPE)sample pretreatment technology,its applications in scientific research,environmental monitoring,clinical pharmacotherapy,product quality control,and other fields have become increasingly widespread.To facilitate students´mastery of this technique,SPE into experimental teaching for Pharmacy and related university majors was integrated,developing a method for determining trace iron in drug samples using SPE-enriched spectrophotometry.This method offered advantages such as rapid analysis,low organic solvent consumption,high enrichment efficiency and minimal emulsification.It not only enriched experimental teaching content,but also fostered students´interest in learning and research,enhanced their practical ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems in life and industry,and promoted the cultivation of applied and innovative pharmaceutical talents,aligning with modern university education objectives.
