养老服务管理本科人才培养的日本经验及借鉴

摘　　要：为应对深度老龄化难题,日本正积极推动养老服务人才培养与保障措施建设。其通过各级各类教育、逐步形成“金字塔形”养老服务人才结构,在本科教育阶段构建以培养综合能力为导向的多元课程体系,并进一步聚焦养老服务人文精神培育。我国于2020年开启养老服务管理本科层次人才培养。借鉴日本经验,我国养老服务管理本科教育需要在加强专业课程体系建设、探索优化教育教学条件、推动多元主体协同合作方面做出探索创新。To cope with the problem of deep aging,Japan is actively promoting the cultivation of elderly care service personnel and the construction of security measures.Through various levels of education,it has gradually formed a"pyramid"structure of elderly care service personnel,built a diversified course system oriented by cultivating comprehensive ability in the level of undergraduate education,and further focused on the cultivation of humanistic spirit of elderly care service.China started cultivating undergraduate personnel in elderly care service management in 2020.Draw lessons from the experience of Japan,undergraduate education in elderly care service management in China needs to explore and innovate in strengthening the construction of professional course systems,optimizing educational and teaching conditions,and promoting collaborative cooperation among multiple stakeholders.
