摘  要:医学免疫学是医学教育的基础课程,相关内容复杂抽象、知识点繁多枯燥是其突出特点。在医学免疫学教学实践中出现“教”“学”两难的普遍现象。以成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)理念为指导,聚焦学生的最终学习成果,秉持“以学生为本”,围绕学生知识、能力、素质需求,在教学过程中针对不同章节内容的特点引入翻转课堂、案例教学法、Sandwich教学法等多元化教学方法,以期提升教学效果,培养出符合新时代需求的高水平复合型医学人才。content,as well as numerous and tedious knowledge points.The common phenomenon of"teaching"and"learning"dilemma arises in the teaching practice of Medical Immunology.Guided by the outcome-based education(OBE)philosophy,focusing on students'ultimate learning outcomes,adhering to the principle of"student-centered",and focusing on students'knowledge,abilities,and quality needs,diversified teaching methods such as flipped classroom,case-based teaching,and Sandwich teaching are introduced in the teaching process according to the characteristics of different chapters content,so as to improve teaching effectiveness and cultivate high-level composite medical personnel that meet the needs of the new era.
