基于可视化分析的潜在剖面分析在护理领域中的研究热点及对护理教育的启示

摘　　要：目的通过对近10年潜在剖面分析在护理领域中的研究热点进行梳理,旨在为护理教育的创新发展提供参考。方法选取Web of Science核心合集数据库作为文献检索来源,并利用CiteSpace软件对所选文献进行深入分析,包括文献的年发文量、发文国家与机构、作者信息、共被引期刊以及关键词等。结果共有1346篇英文文献被纳入分析,其发文量总体呈现稳定的增长趋势,美国的发表数量最多(占25.41%),其次是中国(占12.70%);各机构和学者间已建立了一定的合作;PLOS ONE是文献共被引最多的期刊;研究热点主要围绕护士现状描述、心理健康、工作环境,以及研究方法的融合探索;研究趋势主要关注护理学生的心理健康方面。结论潜在剖面分析在护理领域中的应用研究呈逐年上升趋势,学者间的合作研究还需进一步加强。建议护理教育者未来可应用潜在剖面分析探索护生心理健康的潜在类别,以制订个性化的教育方案。Objective To sort out the research hotspots of latent profile analysis in the nursing field in recent 10 years,so as to provide reference for the innovative development of nursing education.Methods The core collection database of Web of Science was selected as the source of literature search,and CiteSpace software was used to conduct an in-depth analysis of the selected literature,including the annual issued quantity of literatures,the country and institution of publication,author information,co-cited journals and keywords.Results A total of 1346 English articles were included in the analysis,and the quantity of articles published showed a steady growth trend.The number of articles published in the United States was the largest(25.41%),followed by China(12.70%).Some cooperation has been established among various institutions and scholars.PLOS ONE is the journal with the most co-cited literature.The research focuses on the integration of description of nurses'status,mental health,work environment,and research methods.The research trend mainly focuses on the psychological health of nursing students.Conclusion The application of latent profile analysis in the field of nursing is on the rise year by year,and the cooperation among scholars needs to be further strengthened.Advice that nursing educators can use latent profile analysis to explore the latent class of nursing students'mental health in the future,so as to formulate personalized education programs.
