专升本护生创新行为现状调查和培养对策研究

摘　　要：目的调查了解某职业本科类医学院校专升本护生创新行为现状,为今后制订专升本护生创新行为培养策略提供参考。方法于2023年10—12月,对某职业本科类医学院校2023级专升本在校护生进行问卷调查,采用单因素方差分析和相关性分析探讨影响专升本护生创新行为的因素及其相互关系。结果专升本护生创新行为处于中等水平。护生创新行为总分与学习学业、思维方式、学术探索及生活实践维度得分均呈强正相关(P<0.001)。年龄、家庭经济情况、是否经常参加社团或学生会活动、是否担任学生干部、课业成绩班级排名是专升本护生创新行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高校要进一步完善专升本护生创新能力培养体系,制定扶持、鼓励专升本护生参与创新活动的相关政策,积极引导专升本护生担任学生干部和参与社团或学生会活动,以提高其创新行为水平。Objective To investigate the status of innovative behavior of top-up nursing students in a vocational undergraduate medical college,and to provide reference for formulating innovative behavior training strategies for top-up nursing students in the future.Methods From October to December 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted among Grade 2023 top-up nursing students in a vocational undergraduate medical college.The factors influencing top-up nursing students'innovative behavior and their relationship were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis.Results The top-up nursing students'innovative behavior is at a moderate level.The total score of top-up nursing students'innovative behavior was strongly positively correlated with the scores of learning,thinking model,academic exploration and life practice dimensions(P<0.001).Age,family income,whether they often participate in activity of associations or student unions or not,whether they are student cadres or not,and class ranking of academic achievements are the influencing factors of top-up nursing students'innovative behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion Colleges should further improve the training system of top-up nursing students'innovative ability,formulate correlation policies to support and encourage top-up nursing students to participate in innovative activity,actively guide top-up nursing students to serve as student cadres and participate in community or student union activity,so as to improve their innovative behavior level.
