摘　　要：基于某医学院2019—2023年间硕士研究生学位论文双盲评阅结果,对硕士学位论文质量进行定量研究,并分析其影响因素。调查显示,学位论文质量因公共卫生事件受到的影响较小,5年间硕士学位论文质量相对稳定。此外,硕士学位论文评阅结果,特别是医学生的学位论文,与专业、导师职称和论文选题来源有一定关联(P<0.05)。因此,学生应加强科研能力及综合素质的全面发展,医学院校应进一步强化硕士学位论文质量把控,持续优化论文评阅机制,合理配置专业资源,缩小各学科的发展差距,提升硕士生导师队伍水平,并争取更多高水平研究项目,以不断提升硕士学位论文质量。Based on the double-blind review results of master's thesis from a certain medical college from 2019 to 2023,a quantitative study was conducted on the quality of master's thesis,and the influencing factors were analyzed.The survey shows that the quality of master's thesis has been relatively stable over the past five years,with little impact from public health events.In addition,the review results of master's thesis,especially medical students,are correlated with their majors,mentor titles,and sources of thesis topics(P<0.05).Therefore,students should enhance their comprehensive development of scientific research ability and overall quality.Medical colleges should further strengthen the quality of master's thesis,continuously optimize the thesis review mechanism,allocate professional resources reasonably,ennarrow the development gap between various disciplines,improve the level of master's supervisors,and strive for more high-level research projects to continuously improve the quality of master's thesis.
