摘　　要：目的通过对我国人体寄生虫学教学改革相关文献进行计量分析,了解该课程教学改革的基本情况,分析其研究热点及趋势,为今后相关领域的研究提供参考和借鉴。方法运用Excel和CiteSpace 6.2.R4,对中国知网和万方数据库中的相关文献进行发文情况分析,并绘制关键词共现图谱、聚类图谱、突现图谱及时间线图。结果在医学教育改革的大环境下,人体寄生虫学紧跟时代发展趋势进行了多种形式的教学改革,研究方向主要为教学方法结合应用研究、人体寄生虫学实验教学改革、联系临床的寄生虫病案例运用、新型教学模式的应用、课程思政研究等。结论人体寄生虫学教学研究始终紧随时代步伐,不断展现出新的发展趋势。未来需进一步深化课程教学改革的合作、继承与创新,以学生视角为出发点,借助数字化和智能化技术,全面赋能人体寄生虫学的教育教学过程,以提升教学质量和学生的学习体验。Objective To learn the basic situation of the teaching reform of human parasitology and analysis its study hotspots and trends through the quantitative analysis of correlation literature on the teaching reform of human parasitology in China,so as to provide reference for future study in correlation fields.Methods Excel and CiteSpace 6.2.R4 were used to analysis the publication of correlation literatures in CNKI and Wanfang databases,and draw key words co-occurrence map,clustering map,emergence map and time line map.Results In the context of medical education reform,human parasitology has undergone various forms of teaching reform to keep up with the trend of the times.The study directions mainly include the combination of teaching methods and application study,experimental teaching reform of human parasitology,application of parasitic disease cases related to clinical practice,application of new teaching models,and Ideological&Political education study.Conclusion The teaching and study of human parasitology have always kept up with the pace of the times,constantly showing new development trends.In the future,it is necessary to further deepen the cooperation,inheritance,and innovation of course and teaching reform.Starting from the perspective of students,with the help of digital and intelligent technologies,the education and teaching process of human parasitology should be comprehensively empowered to improve teaching quality and students'learning experience.
